Labor is covered by Nero Motori at the 500 km, 5,000 km and 12,500 km services. Consumables and the other items set out in the Warranty and Maintenance Manual are the owner’s responsibility.
The warranty covers the following categories: normal wear, lack of maintenance, improper use, accidents and external factors, unauthorized modifications, electrical system, fuels and lubricants, and environmental factors.

Report the issue to a NERO Motori Authorized Service Center as soon as possible.
The motorcycle must be available for the corresponding inspection and diagnosis.
The Authorized Service Center will inspect the motorcycle and document the necessary evidence.
NERO Motori will review the technical information, maintenance history, mileage, time in use and operating conditions.
The claim may be approved, partially approved, require additional information or be denied.
Where applicable, the approved component will be repaired or replaced and the vehicle then returned.
